Benefit |
Grattan Associates designed a creative plan to replace the wetlands after the bridge was built. The permit was issued, and by the next growing season, the replanted area was fully vegetated. VMRC was so pleased with the results, the Commission asked Grattan to design Virginia’s first “tidal wetlands mitigation bank.” |
